Reacting to the news of the accreditation, the company’s owner said:
“We’re thrilled to receive this All-Star recognition. From day one, our aim has been simple – to give people a fun, safe, and memorable way to enjoy this beautiful part of Ireland. It wouldn’t be possible without our fantastic team and the customers who come back to us year after year.”
Announcing the accreditation, Kieran Ring, Deputy Chair of the AIBF Adjudication Board, said:
“OnYerBike Carlingford is more than a bike hire shop – it’s an experience in itself. The team’s attention to detail, from the condition of the bikes to the friendliness of the service, has made them a favourite with visitors from near and far. This accolade is a well-earned acknowledgment of their contribution to tourism in the region.”
Kapil Khanna, Managing Director of the AIBF, added: “OnYerBike Carlingford has built a reputation for excellence that perfectly reflects the values of the All-Star programme. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and their role in championing sustainable travel make them a deserving winner.”
He said: “We evaluate a company’s background, trustworthiness and performance, and we speak to customers, employees and vendors. We also anonymously approach the company as a customer and report back on the experience. The business goes through at least two interviews and is scored on every part of the process against set metrics.”
